Colliers Sells Republic Airways HQ in Indianapolis

Colliers International has closed on the sale of College Park Plaza, a 180,637-square-foot office property in the Northwest submarket of Indianapolis. Terms were not disclosed. The property is headquarters of regional carrier Republic Airways.

For buyer Tempus Realty Partners, which was represented by Alex Cantu of Colliers International | Indianapolis, the deal is its second acquisition in Indianapolis. The first, which Colliers coordinated last year, was for the adjacent One College Park.

The combined 317,109-square foot portfolio now makes Tempus one of the largest class A office owners in the Northwest submarket. The seller, Onward Investors, purchased College Park Plaza in 2015, a transaction Colliers arranged on behalf of Griffin Capital.

“Given the leasing momentum of One College Park, we believe College Park Plaza provides synergies and space options to the current and prospective tenants in the portfolio,” said Isaac Smith at Tempus.
