Colliers International, on behalf of Edgewater Properties, has inked two office leases at 16 Mica Lane, a boutique office property in Wellesley.

The newly-signed tenants include real estate finance firm Shem Creek Capital, which leased half of the second floor, and software company Nuvolo Technologies Corp., which will occupy the entire top floor of the building.

The recently constructed property is located in Wellesley Lower Falls and features floor to ceiling windows, 14-foot clear heights throughout and a third-floor roof deck as well as immediate access to Interstate 90.

Bill Lynch and Nora Smith of Colliers represented Edgewater Properties in the lease transactions. Meredith Christensen and Charlie Jennings  of CBRE advised Nuvolo Technologies.
