Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for a portfolio of seven downtown Seattle office buildings totaling more than 1.1 million square feet.

The leasing assignment will be led by Geoff Pendergast, Rick Hart and Joe Conner of Colliers in Seattle, who will work in close partnership with the Colliers Western Region Capital Markets Team, including Sean Fulp and Mark Schuessler, to execute a strategic repositioning and leasing campaign.

The seven-building portfolio spans prime locations throughout Seattle’s urban core, including South Downtown, the Waterfront and Lower Queen Anne. “This isn’t just a leasing assignment – it’s a signal that the market is moving and Colliers is setting the pace,” said Scott Blankenship, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Puget Sound. “Our focus is on momentum, strategy and securing the right tenants for long-term success.”
