Colliers Secures First Two Tenants at Renovated 101 W Ponce Office Building Totaling 25,000 SF

Colliers has announced the first two leases at 101 W Ponce, a Class A office building in Downtown Decatur. A full-floor 18,411-square-foot lease was signed with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. Aristocrat Technologies, represented by David Todd and Detra Reid of CBRE, signed a lease for a 6,404-square-foot space. Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Heather Lamb and Jessica Doyle led leasing efforts in both transactions.

101 W Ponce is managed by The RMR Group, which completed a full building renovation.

The six-story, 109,000-square-foot property features a modernized lobby, communal conference facility, fitness center and large outdoor courtyard. It is adjacent to Decatur’s historic downtown square.

“We are excited to welcome NACDD and Aristocrat Technologies to 101 W Ponce and the energy they will bring to the building and the community,” said Lamb. “The building’s significant enhancements and prime location make it an ideal workplace for today’s tenants.”
