Colliers Secures First Lease at Long Island Mixed-Use Project 

Colliers, in collaboration with TRITEC Real Estate Company, has secured the first lease at Station Yards, a mixed-use project on Long Island. Great South Bay Brewery will occupy an 8,428-square-foot space at the development. The new location will offer food, live music, golf simulators, and events. 

Located immediately off Exit 60 of the Long Island Expressway and adjacent to the Long Island MacArthur Airport, the Station Yards project, also known as the Ronkonkoma Hub, is set for completion in 2024. The development will feature 1,450 apartments, 360,000 square feet of office space, 60,000 square feet of community and hospitality space, and 195,000 square feet of retail space.
