Colliers Secures 67K-SF Lease at Norman Pointe II in Bloomington
Colliers’ Michael Gelfman and Nate Karrick have secured a 67,000-square-foot lease at Norman Pointe II, 5600 American Blvd. in Bloomington, Minnesota, on behalf of building ownership.
Burns & McDonnell, a 100% employee-owned engineering, construction and architecture firm, has signed one of the largest office leases in the Minneapolis market this year, taking space at the Class A building. It is a significant increase from the 45,000 square feet Burns & McDonnell had at their previous location at 8201 Norman Center Dr. Avison Young’s Doug Fulton and Rob Youngquist represented Burns & McDonnell in the transaction.
Norman Pointe II is situated at the I-494 and Highway 100 interchange, one of the most traveled areas in the Twin Cities with exposure to over 100,000 drivers per day. Built in 2007, the ten-story building totals 331,447 square feet and offers a range of modern amenities, and the property is now 95% leased.
