Colliers Secures $59M Refinancing for Chelsea MF Community

Colliers International has arranged a $59 million loan to refinance One North of Boston II, a 222-unit multifamily property in Chelsea, MA.

Located at 150 Heard St., the property offers transit-oriented, amenity-rich neighborhood living with direct access to downtown Boston, Cambridge and Logan International Airport by way of a short walk to Chelsea Station.

Jeff Black, Kevin Phelan, Sean Burke and Bryan Koop of Colliers represented the borrower, a Boston-based joint venture between Redgate Capital Partners, LLC and TransDel Corporation, in securing a 10-year, fixed-rate Fannie Mae DUS® Large Loan through an affiliate of Arbor Realty Trust Inc.
