Colliers Secures 27,000-Square-Foot Lease in El Segundo

The duo of Kristen Bowman and Steve Solomon of Colliers has arranged the lease of 27,000 square feet of office space in El Segundo, CA to aviation company Skyryse. The building at 2030 E. Maple Ave. is now 100% leased.

Skyryse needed to increase space after outgrowing its 9,300-square-foot office on South Aviation Boulevard. Bowman and Solomon represented New York’s Atlas Capital Group, while Luke Troedson and Matt Anderson of Savills represented Skyryse.

Bowman said in a news release, “We went from 30% leased upon hire to 100% leased after Atlas completed the construction of two large spec suites and we needed something ready to occupy and eye catching as companies return to work.”
