Colliers Secures 210K-SF Flex Lease in Norton

Colliers International has secured a 209,643-square-foot lease for national cabinet company U.S. Cabinet Depot at 176 S. Washington Street in Norton, MASS.

The Atlanta-based U.S. Cabinet depot was seeking a first Massachusetts location to continue its nationwide expansion plans. The property, which is owned by Paradigm Properties, features high-end loading docks and ideal clear heights for the tenant.

Ovar Osvold, Cathy Minnerly and Sean Hannigan of Colliers represented U.S. Cabinet Depot in the lease transaction. Steve Clancy and Rachel Marks of CBRE represented Paradigm Properties.
