Colliers’ Ron Behm Wins SIOR Chicago President’s Award

The Chicago chapter of SIOR recently honored Colliers International I Chicago’s Principal Ron Behm, SIOR, with the 2019 Richard G. Levy President’s Award. The honor was presented at SIOR Chicago’s annual holiday luncheon at the Glen View Club in Golf, IL.

“Ron is more than deserving of this distinguished honor,” said Jim Carris, market leader for Colliers | Chicago. “He is a valued member of the Colliers Chicago team, and we are very proud to call him our friend and colleague.”

Behm has been recognized with SIOR Chicago’s “Largest Number of Intra-chapter Transactions” from 2004 to 2013, and again from 2015 to 2018. In addition, he was awarded NAIOP’s Industrial “Build-to-Suit of the Year” award in 2015.

Behm has consistently ranked among Colliers USA’s top 10% of producers. He’s also one of only a handful of individuals who has served as president of both AIRE (1995) and SIOR (2006).
