Colliers Retail Veteran Nancy Erickson Joins Florida Team

Colliers International broker Nancy Erickson, who for years has been one of the Northeast’s top retail brokers, has shifted south. She joined the Tampa Bay retail team as Executive Managing Director, Retail Services.

Colliers Central Florida’s Danny Rice says, “We’re thrilled to welcome Nancy to the west-central Florida team. Nancy has hit the ground running and is already busy making deals alongside several of our brokers. Her extensive experience and knowledge will be of tremendous benefit to Colliers in Florida.”

Erickson brings more than 25 years of high-level experience working with national retailers on major assignments. She had joined Colliers International in January 2016 as Executive Managing Director in the firm’s New York Tri-State office in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Her national tenant representation includes working on hundreds of rollouts, lease negotiations, rent restructurings and dispositions. Currently, she represents retailers such as Ruth’s Chris, Madison Reed, 99 Ranch, Benihana, AT&T, Speedway, Kiddie Academy and IHOP.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
