Colliers Reps Buyer of Metro Chicago Industrial Portfolio

A Colliers International | Chicago team of Patrick Turner, Tom Rodeno and Matthew Stauber represented Clear Height Properties in its purchase of a five-building, 666,079-square-foot industrial portfolio in metro Chicago from American Landmark Properties. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The portfolio included 550 and 600 North Commons in Aurora, IL; 710-854 Foster Ave. (pictured) in Bensenville, IL; 1400-1538 Elmhurst Rd. in Elk Grove Village, IL; 3456 Ridge Ave. in Arlington Heights, IL; and 8220 Austin Ave. in Morton Grove, IL.

“These properties were an ideal fit with Clear Height Properties’ existing portfolio, and offered our client an opportunity to acquire a critical mass of solid assets in core markets,” said Turner. The portfolio is 85% leased. Clear Height’s Daniel Huml said his company plans to pursue capital improvement opportunities to lease up the vacant spaces.
