Colliers has arranged industrial leases at 54 Bodwell Street and 61 Strafello Drive in Avon, MA totaling more than 130,000 square feet of space.

Colliers Reps All Sides in Duo of Avon Industrial Warehouse Leases

Commercial real estate firm Colliers has arranged industrial leases at 54 Bodwell Street and 61 Strafello Drive in Avon, MA totaling more than 130,000 square feet of space.

Ovar Osvold, Sean Hannigan and Kevin Brawley of Colliers completed both transactions on behalf of the landlord, real estate investment and asset management firm DH Property Holdings. Colliers also represented both tenants.

DCNE will fully occupy a 70,337-square-foot warehouse at 54 Bodwell Street. The facility sits on on a 4.64-acre lot and features a total of 13 loading docks, including two drive-in docks, and a showroom.

Navisun has fully leased the 60,282-square-foot facility at 61 Strafello Drive. The property was recently upgraded.

“We continue to believe in the strength of the Class B market in Greater Boston, with a supply that has declined by nearly 5% since 2008, and a sub-4% vacancy rate for the past 28 quarters,” said shared Dov Hertz, president of DH Property Holdings.
