Colliers Represents Opus Development in Aurora Corporate Center Sale

Colliers’ Jeff Devine and Steve Disse represented Opus Development and Principal Asset Management in the sale of Tollway Corporate Center in Aurora, Illinois.

The sale involved two advanced logistics facilities that were sold separately. The first facility, 310 Overland Drive, is a 543,638-square-foot cross-docked facility leased to Ryder Integrated Logistics. It was purchased by a large financial institution.

The second facility, 300 Overland Drive, is a fully leased 104,978-square-foot property with two tenants. It was sold to The Brimel LLC as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Both buildings are located in a park-like setting near a full interchange near the intersection of Route 31 and I-88. T

Tollway Corporate Center includes three new modern industrial buildings for warehouse distribution operations or light manufacturing. Two of the park’s buildings have earned Green Globes certifications, and Opus plans to pursue certification for the third property.
