The second facility, 300 Overland Drive, is a fully leased 104,978-square-foot property with two tenants. It was sold to The Brimel LLC as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Both buildings are located in a park-like setting near a full interchange near the intersection of Route 31 and I-88. T
Tollway Corporate Center includes three new modern industrial buildings for warehouse distribution operations or light manufacturing. Two of the park’s buildings have earned Green Globes certifications, and Opus plans to pursue certification for the third property.
