Colliers Represents NorthPoint Development in Full Lease-Up of VA Industrial Park
Representing NorthPoint Development, Colliers has completed the lease-up of Austin Ridge Logistics Center, bringing the newly delivered, two-building industrial park in Virginia’s Stafford County to 100% occupancy.
The full lease-up reflects continued demand for high-quality industrial and logistics space along the I-95 corridor and growing activity in Stafford County, which has emerged as an increasingly important location for companies seeking access to both the Washington, D.C. and Richmond markets.
Austin Ridge Logistics Center comprises 692,155 square feet of industrial space across two buildings. The Colliers brokerage team handling the leases includes John Lesinski, Ben Luke, Clay Ellis, Lee Cherwek, Rich McDaniel and Wood Thornton.
