Colliers Raleigh Welcomes David Stowe as Senior Vice President

Colliers has welcomed David Stowe to its Raleigh office as SVP and partner. Stowe will be focusing on the expansion of Colliers’ retail services throughout the Raleigh area and other parts of the Carolinas. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as retail and flex investment sales along with land transactions.

Stowe has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He has received industry recognition for notable transactions and is an active member of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORSâ and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Most recently, Stowe was with Avison Young as a SVP.
