Colliers Promotes Jessica Butterworth, Greg Nachman to Services Leadership Roles

Colliers has elevated Jessica Butterworth and Greg Nachman into new leadership roles within the company’s real estate management services line: Butterworth is set to assume the role of senior director of operations for VA and Raleigh, NC while Nachman is set to become director of operations for Richmond and Charlottesville.

Butterworth has been with Colliers since 2007 and was promoted in 2018 to director of engineering services. She was also elected as partner in the firm in 2021. She oversees more than 200 building engineering employees across VA and NC, managing schedules, business development, assignments and compliance.

Nachman joined Colliers in 2013, and after multiple promotions became senior portfolio manager in 2020. He manages a team of property managers and assistant property managers while overseeing budgeting and financial reporting for Class A and B office space, federally leased facilities, industrial warehouses, medical office and retail space. His current portfolio consists of 1.5 million square feet.
