Colliers Hires Team For Hospitality Expansion

Colliers International in Greater Phoenix has expanded into hospitality investment services, with the hire of James Meng and Jon Grantham. The duo will provide advisory services and representation in the disposition, acquisition, management, financing and portfolio restructuring of hospitality assets. The team’s focus will include branded and boutique assets throughout the western United States.

“Hospitality represents a considerable market opportunity in Arizona and throughout the Western U.S.,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers in Greater Phoenix. “James and Jon are successful hospitality specialists who control a significant share of the Greater Phoenix and Tucson markets.”

Meng and Grantham come to Colliers from Marcus & Millichap’s Hospitality Group. “We have ambitious plans to grow our business and felt the Colliers brand, services and leadership were an excellent fit,” Meng said.
