Colliers Partners With Medical Society of DC as Real Estate Resource

Colliers announced a new partnership with the Medical Society of the District of Columbia (MSDC). Together, the organizations will collaborate to directly support the needs of Washington-area physicians.

The partnership with Colliers brings specialized expertise as MSDC’s recommended real estate resource, helping doctors navigate office space and practice operations. With a portfolio of medical tenants, Colliers is uniquely positioned to provide insights to MSDC, which is the largest physician organization in Washington, D.C., representing more than 3,000 area doctors.

The society provides critical resources, including guidance on insurance, legal and regulatory matters, vendor connections, and advocacy with local policymakers. “We worked with them to create a program that goes beyond sponsorship, where we can share expertise and support doctors in a more intentional way,” said Joshua Cramer, Executive Vice President at Colliers.

“Colliers’ involvement directly supports our members, giving them access to expertise and resources that make a tangible difference in their practices,” said Matthew Lecuyer, MD, President, Medical Society of DC.
