Colliers International is opening its third office in New Jersey. “This expansion demonstrates the commitment that Colliers has to build in the Tri-State region,” said Kim Brennan, chief operating officer for the New York Tri-State region for Colliers.

The new location is at 10 Woodbridge Center Drive in Woodbridge, NJ. It has room for more than 23 brokers and staff, and is close to to five counties with more than 81.5 million square feet of office space, 326 million square feet of industrial space, and 148 million square feet of retail space.
