Colliers Onboards Remington Beatty, Jared Watts as Brokerage Associates in Charleston

Colliers | South Carolina has welcomed Remington Beatty and Jarred Watts have joined the firm’s Charleston office as brokerage associates.

Beatty partners with Markus Kastenholz and specializes in the sale of investment properties as well as transactions in land, office and retail properties in the greater Charleston area. He is a veteran of eight years in the military.

Watts is teamed with Mark Erickson and specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers across Charleston and the Lowcountry region of South Carolina. After serving in the military and working in law enforcement and healthcare, Watts transitioned to commercial real estate and worked for a local real estate firm prior to joining Colliers.

“Both gentlemen are veterans and bring lessons and skills learned from their time in service to their clients and projects as brokerage professionals,” said Jim Garrett, market president of Colliers’ Charleston office.
