Colliers Nashville Welcomes Brian Jernigan as VP

Colliers Nashville has added Brian Jernigan as a VP. The Nashville native will serve a national client base of investors and users of a wide range of product lines, including retail, office, industrial and land assets.

Jernigan arrives at commercial real estate services firm Colliers from Eakin Partners.

Jernigan has spent more than 25 years acquiring commercial real estate assets in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. His portfolio includes retail acquisitions in Green Hills in 2008, Midtown in 2010, and White Bridge Road in 2013. During his tenure as a commercial real estate advisor, Jernigan has averaged over 30 commercial real estate transactions a year.

Colliers Nashville currently employs more than 70 professionals and manages over 6.2 million square feet of commercial space throughout Nashville and the Middle Tennessee area.
