Colliers Names Ryan Gillard as Senior VP in Irvine

Colliers has appointed 19-year real estate veteran Ryan Gillard as Senior Vice President to the Southwest Retail Capital Markets Team, led by El Warner. Based in Irvine, Gillard will support Colliers’ top institutional clients, leveraging his experience to increase market share in the Western U.S.

Formerly the SVP of Investments for Donahue Schriber, Gillard has directed more than $2.6 billion in transactions throughout his career. “Ryan has extensive knowledge of the retail industry through his experience conducting business across California, Nevada, Arizona and the Pacific Northwest,” said Warner. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
