Colliers Named Leasing Agent for Two RFR Towers in Stamford

Colliers International Group Inc. was named leasing agent for two Class-A office towers in downtown Stamford, CT. The properties at 300 Atlantic St. and 177 Broad St. are an integral part of RFR Realty’s Stamford portfolio.

A Colliers team of president Ted Koltis, senior managing director Bob Miller and associate Tim Johnson was assigned by the owner to handle the nearly 500,000-square-foot assignment.

“Stamford has been a historically attractive destination for businesses of all sizes in part for its proximity to New York City,” said Miller. “I’m confident that our team’s dedication and years of combined experience and unparalleled market knowledge will allow us to find the perfect tenants for these exceptional properties.”

300 Atlantic St. is a 295,000-square-foot property across the street from the Stamford Media Center/Rich Forum, home to NBC Networks. 177 Broad St. is a 200,000-square-foot office building located in Stamford’s arts and entertainment area.
