Colliers Named Leasing Agent for Class A Norwood Offices

Colliers has been appointed as leasing agent for 1175 Providence Hwy. in Norwood, MA. The 75,000-square-foot Class A office, currently occupied by commercial property insurer FM, will become available as the company relocates to its new 320,000-square-foot office space next summer.

A Colliers leasing team led by Steve Woelfel, Kevin Brawley, John Real and Jim Elcock is actively engaging with prospective tenants interested in occupying the space. Built in 2015 and owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate, the building is one of the newest in the Norwood submarket. Up to 75,000 square feet of contiguous Class A space will become available for lease.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to attract best-in-class office or medical users to one of the most visible and accessible locations in Greater Boston’s suburban market,” said Woelfel. “The building’s infrastructure, surrounding development, and prime Route 1 frontage make 1175 Providence Hwy. a standout destination.”
