Colliers Mortgage in Charleston Adds Stu Thomas as VP
Colliers Mortgage has hired Stu Thomas as VP. He will work out of the firm’s Charleston, SC office.
Thomas will specialize in arranging commercial mortgage loans with an emphasis on debt and equity placement for clients from Colliers’ primary funding sources: insurance companies, commercial banks, debt funds, private equity, CMBS lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD.
Thomas brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a VPwith other financial institutions where he closed over $500 million in commercial real estate financing transactions across various property types. Prior to his banking career, Thomas oversaw acquisitions and management for a Nashville-based multifamily developer and served as VP of leasing and sales with Transwestern in Washington, DC.
