Colliers Mortgage Adds William Hyatt as VP

Colliers Mortgage, the debt financing arm of Colliers | U.S., has grown its Los Angeles based Structured Finance Group with the addition of industry veteran William Hyatt as VP, transactions and Zackary Nagel as analyst. The firm’s Structured Finance Group sources debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes throughout the western U.S..

Operating out of Denver, Hyatt will leverage more than two decades of real estate finance experience to expand the group’s relationships and will take lead on the Structured Finance Group’s debt and equity placement deals. Prior to Colliers, he held leadership positions at George Smith Partners and at Chatham Financial, where he executed more than $2 billion in interest rate protection instruments.

Nagel will focus primarily on underwriting, packaging and marketing the deals for the Structured Finance Group. The hiring of Hyatt and Nagel follows on the heels of the recent additions of investment veterans Tommy Adelson, who joined the firm as VP of transactions, and Jessica Mania, who joined as VP of research and marketing.
