
Colliers’ Martin Pupil Promoted to President, U.S. Brokerage
Real estate veteran Martin Pupil has been promoted to President, U.S. Brokerage, with Colliers International. Pupil steps into his new role from the position of President, Western Region, where he worked out of the Irvine, CA office.
During his tenure with the Western Region, Pupil was responsible for integrating the Seeley Co., purchased by Colliers in 2005, into Colliers’ national platform. He streamlined operations by reducing the firm’s break-even point by 46%, and expanding its service delivery by increasing the number of professionals by 35%. Pupil also oversaw Colliers operations in California, Arizona, San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento, Orange County, Los Angeles and Phoenix, as well as more than 700 sales professionals and staff.
Pupil also served as Executive Vice President and General Manager with Colliers’ Montreal operations. During his time in Canada, he assembled an experienced team of real estate advisers, and positioned Colliers as a leader in the Montreal real estate market.
