Colliers Markets 102-Slip Marina within Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta

Colliers’ Andréa Nelson and Steve Chamberlain are marketing the sale of Hidden Harbor Marina, a 102-slip marina on five acres featuring three single-family homes and three rentals. Owned and managed by the same family for 40 years, the marina is located at 3100 E. Ryer Rd. in Walnut Grove, within the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta.

“There is no other opportunity like this on the market,” said Chamberlain. “This marina and its location are especially unique and are ideal for the right person looking to build fond memories on the delta and enjoy all that it has to offer. The property is primed for the next owner to bring the marina into its next exciting chapter of life.”

The property has the potential to develop additional homes or rental units, with sewer and electricity infrastructure in place. The marina is situated just two miles from Rio Vista, which has a full-service boatyard, Sierra West Boat Works. The Real McCoy II Ferry provides access to Highway 84 and Highway 12.
