Colliers Lines Up Quartet of Industrial Leases

Colliers International | Chicago’s industrial advisory group has arranged four suburban lease transactions totaling nearly 340,000 square feet. The deals include the following:

– Tom Rodeno and Jim Estus represented building owner Hamilton Partners in a 60,792-square-foot lease to Taiki USA at West O’Hare Commerce Center in Arlington Heights (pictured). CBRE’s Mike Sedjo represented the tenant, which is relocating from Elk Grove Village.

– Rodeno and Matthew Stauber provided dual representation to landlord Molto Properties and tenant Apex in a 106,848-square-foot, full-building relocation to 3701 Centrella St. in Franklin Park.

– Stauber and Patrick Turner represented building owner BRE Alpha Industrial/Gateway Industrial Properties in an 86,905-square-foot lease to Creative Technology at 2200 S. Mount Prospect Rd. in Des Plaines. Rodeno represented the tenant.

– Rodeno and Turner represented tenant Crimson AV, tenant, in an 84,087-square-foot relocation to 500-512 Lindberg Ln. in Northbrook. CBRE’s Sam Badger and Jared Paff represented the building owner, Zilber Property Group.
