Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR represented Adams Property Group in the lease of a 72,000-square-foot industrial building at 227 Trade Court in Aiken, SC to Energreen America.

“This property was listed with Colliers for only 30 days before we were able to obtain a full building lease at market rate which is indicative of the hot Aiken/Augusta industrial market,” said Salley, Managing Director | Industrial Services in Colliers’ Columbia office.

Energreen America is the American branch of Energreen Corporation, an Italian company based in the city of Vincenza, just west of Venice. Energreen offers a wide range of technologically advanced professional machines for vegetation management and protection of the environment.
