Colliers’ Kling and Florent Bring Network Services Co. to Schaumburg Towers

Colliers’ Steve Kling and David Florent have arranged a new, 40,000-square-foot, long-term lease with Network Services Company at Schaumburg Towers, located at 1400-1450 American Lane in Schaumburg, IL.  This transaction, along with other recent leasing activity, brings Schaumburg Towers to 78% leased.

“What a terrific way to start a new year,” said John Roeser, EVP with American Landmark Properties, owner of Schaumburg Towers. “This lease signing continues the momentum established last year and shows that buildings that provide the modern comforts and conveniences that todays’ discerning tenants want will continue to see success in the market.”

Kling and Florent are the exclusive leasing agents for Schaumburg Towers. This is the fifth new lease the duo has signed in the past 12 months. CBRE’s James Otto and Hank Cox represented the tenant.
