Colliers, Johnson Development and Joeris Announce Office Moves
- Frank Blackwood, CCIM joins Colliers in Houston as Senior Vice President focusing on land services. Frank represented over $500 million in transactions throughout Greater Houston and having worked with clients both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Colliers, Frank was an industrial broker with Capital Real Estate Commercial and most recently served as Principal and Senior Director at Lee & Associates.
- After 10 years managing development of the largest master-planned community in Fort Bend County and the largest community in the Johnson Development portfolio, Derek Goff is assuming a new role as Vice President and General Manager of a newly announced Johnson Development community. The company has promoted Goff to begin development of 1,500 acres recently acquired from The George Foundation.
- Brian Burns has been named Vice President of Joeris’ DFW office. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in construction management to his role. His responsibilities have ranged from business strategy planning and project lifecycle management to contract negotiations and team building.
- SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has completed the $9.11 million sale of a newly developed 6,461-square-foot convenience store property occupied by TXB. Situated on 4.52 acres of land at 145 Lehman Road in Kyle, TX (Austin region), the property has a 20-year, corporate-guaranteed triple net lease in place. TXB, or Texas Born, is a family of customer-oriented convenience stores and quick food operations, with more than 48 locations in Texas and Oklahoma.
- InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’luxury & lifestyle portfolio, announced a new leadership team to the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, set to open in Summer 2024. Stacy Seaborn has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing, and Stefan Gruvberger has assumed the role of General Manager.
