Colliers says it’s achieved a historic milestone in Las Vegas by brokering the city’s first-ever one-million-square-foot lease, securing a single building user located within NorthPoint Development’s first project in Southern Nevada, the North Vegas Logistics Center. The record-breaking tenant is HEYDUDE Shoes. NorthPoint Development, the landlord, was represented by a Colliers team headed up by Dan Doherty.

North Vegas Logistics Center, with just over two million square feet, is expected to deliver later this year. It consists of two buildings totaling over 2 million square feet, that offers features such as 40-foot clear heights and ample trailer parking.

HEYDUDE Shoes joined the Crocs brand after being acquired by Crocs, Inc. in 2021 and announced plans to open a Las Vegas distribution in September 2022. The deal was closed with the assistance of Danielle Steffen and Michael Schoeder of Cushman and Wakefield, who represented the tenant.
