Colliers Hires Weber and Shippen as Managing Directors in Atlanta
Colliers International has hired John Weber and Bill Shippen in Atlanta as Managing Directors on the multifamily investment sales team.
Weber and Shippen will sit in the Atlanta office and serve as co-leaders of the Southeast, providing oversight of the region’s multifamily sales investment activities and broker teams.
“John and Bill provide a strategic opportunity to further advance the Colliers multifamily capital markets business for continued growth throughout the Southeast given their experience and transaction velocity,” said Ryan Kratz, president of U.S. Brokerage in the Southeast Region at Colliers. “This catalyst hire bolsters our regional capabilities and provides clients with even more expertise and access to opportunities.”
