Colliers Hires Two Vice Presidents in the Firm’s D.C. Office

Colliers has made two new capital markets hires in the firm’s D.C. office. Dan Gaffey and D. Chandler Pace will serve as Vice Presidents with a specific focus on industrial, office, healthcare, government and development properties. Both brokers will report directly to Matt Gannon, managing director and market leader in D.C.

For nearly a decade, Gaffey has specialized in the sale of office and industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic with a primary focus on the DC Metro, and the infill Capital Beltway submarkets. He advises clients on value, strategy and expansion opportunities within their real estate portfolios, and has sold over a million square-feet of industrial and medical/office properties.

Pace, Vice President with Colliers, specializes in representing buyers and sellers of office, industrial, healthcare and government properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a primary focus on the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Chandler’s expertise lies in advising both private and institutional investors on strategic acquisitions and dispositions.
