Colliers has announced the hiring of Jeff Morris and Bret Felberg in the firm’s Orlando office. Morris joins as Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets while Bret Felberg joins as Managing Director of Capital Markets.

In their new roles, Morris and Felberg will focus on Colliers’ Capital Markets practice in the Southeast related to sales, as well as debt and equity placement for existing properties and new construction. The team will be working in conjunction with Colliers’ industrial platform consisting of over 90 leasing and investment professionals and over 300 million square feet of managed properties.

Morris, who will be based out of Atlanta, most recently served as a Senior Managing Director at JLL. He has been involved in commercial real estate transactions totaling $20 billion over the course of his 33-year career. Felberg most recently served as a Senior Director in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets. Clients that Felberg has represented include McDonald Development, Whitley Capital, MLG, Harrod Properties, Starwood and Parkway Properties.
