Colliers Hires Sullivan, Venos and Naughten in D.C.

Global commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International Group has hired Mark Sullivan, Matthew Venos and Martha Naughten in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. The trio will focus primarily on landlord leasing representation.

Sullivan and Venos join Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield after working on more than 14 million square feet of development and leasing projects and representing a number of world-class clients during their careers. Naughten joins from Carr Properties, where she was part of a team responsible for executing 60 lease transactions that totaled more than 1.1 million square feet and had an aggregate lease value of $811 million in 2019 alone.

The trio will report directly to executive managing director and market leader Matt Gannon and will focus on the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
