Colliers Hires Petz as Managing Director in Boston

Colliers International’s Boston office has hired Frank Petz as Managing Director of Investment Sales in the firm’s Capital Markets group. In his new role, he will be focusing on investment properties.

Petz brings more than 32 years of experience to his new position, most recently leading the growth of JLL’s overall capital markets business in New England since 2012. Previously, he served as director of capital markets activity at both Eastdil Secured and CBRE.

Petz spent the first 15 years of his career on the buy-side at AEW Capital Management. His expertise in the disposition of core trophy assets, as well as a diverse mix of urban/suburban, office, industrial, life science and land development assets, has resulted in transacting billions of dollars in total sales volume.

“Attracting best-in class talent and leadership like Frank Petz represents a huge win for not only Colliers but most importantly for our clients,” said David Goodhue, executive managing director and market leader at Colliers Boston.
