Colliers Hires Kevin Hanna as Executive VP in Boston

Kevin Hanna

Colliers International has announced the hiring of Kevin Hanna as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. Hanna brings more than three decades of advisory and transaction experience and will continue to specialize in representing tenants, landlords and developers across the full spectrum of the office, industrial and technology sectors.

Hanna focuses primarily on Greater Boston’s south suburban and metrowest real estate markets and will join the existing Southwest advisory team, which consists of Stephen Woelfel, Jr., Kevin Brawley, PJ Foster, Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold, Sean Hannigan and John Real. Hanna began working in real estate in 1988 and has spent the majority of his advisory career with Cushman & Wakefield. Hanna is Colliers Boston’s seventh new hire in 2020.

“Bringing Kevin to Colliers is a huge win for the company,” said David Goodhue, executive managing director and market leader at Colliers Boston. “He is highly respected in the business and offers a depth of experience and expertise that will complement our client-centric approach and values. We are confident that despite these uncertain times we will continue to recruit top tier professionals and provide them with opportunities to thrive here long-term.”
