Colliers, Tampa has hired Jaclyn Langholz as executive managing director, Tampa Bay retail services. Langholz, who has over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, will concentrate on landlord relationships and retail leasing assignments along the west coast of FL, with a focus on the Tampa Bay area.

Prior to joining Colliers, Langholz served as SVP and partner at commercial real estate advisory services firm TSCG (formerly known as The Shopping Center Group). For seven of the 10 years she was there, she led the landlord services department for TSCG’s Tampa office.

Langholz has been involved in such notable projects as The Village at Mitchell Ranch in Trinity, from development to fully leasing, and the redevelopment of Westchase Square Village, which she leased to 100% occupancy.

Langholz will join Lisa McCaffrey, Stephanie Addis and Erica Waltermire on Colliers’ Tampa Bay retail services team.
