Colliers Hires George Fox to Lead Norfolk Retail Team 

Colliers’ Norfolk brokerage team has appointed George Fox as executive vice president. Based in Virginia Beach, Fox will be responsible for raising Colliers’ retail presence in the Hampton Roads area.  

With a background in retail leasing and sales, Fox has helped shopping center investment companies develop and execute specialized strategies to enhance asset value. His expertise spans landlord/seller representation, tenant/buyer representation, and shopping center acquisition and disposition. Fox’s previous roles include executive vice president at Divaris Real Estate and senior vice president for a publicly traded Shopping Center REIT. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). 

“George brings extensive retail experience in the Hampton Roads market. We are thrilled to have George join Colliers and we look forward to his contributions,” said Jamie Thomas, executive managing director.
