Colliers Hires Eric Forshee as Principal in Raleigh

Colliers International has announced the hiring of Eric Forshee as a senior vice president and principal in the firm’s Raleigh office. Forshee will focus on office and life sciences brokerage for commercial real estate owners and occupiers across the Triangle region.

Forshee comes to Colliers with more than 11 years of experience in the industry, primarily in landlord representation of office and life science properties for both institutional and local owners across North Carolina. Since 2009, he has leased more than 3 million square feet of space with a value exceeding $300 million. Forshee is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“I am excited to join the Colliers team, as they are on the forefront of the real estate industry worldwide,” said Forshee. “The Triangle market is experiencing significant growth, providing a strong firm such as Colliers with substantial potential to succeed in the market. I look forward to growing the office portfolio across the Triangle.”
