Colliers Hires Entire McBride Brokerage Team

Colliers has absorbed most of the brokerage team from McBride Real Estate Services Inc., a D.C.-based tenant representation firm. The new additions include Richard McBride, Jr. as vice chair, along with Joshua M. Cramer, Marc A. Shandler, Robert Blumel as executive vice presidents, and Alex Picciano, Wendy L. Hayes as vice presidents.

Founded in 2002, McBride Real Estate handled major deals including Bloomberg News’ New York Avenue newsroom and Uber’s East Coast headquarters. The firm has represented D.C.’s companies, law firms and associations in the leasing or purchasing of office space, including Bloomberg, Uber, and the U.S. Soccer Foundation, among others.

“Richard McBride has built an incredible firm with a culture of collaboration that will fit seamlessly with our team at Colliers,” said Colliers’ executive managing director and market leader Matt Gannon. “We know these new team members will prove invaluable in helping to continue Colliers’ growth and impact in the Washington, D.C. market.”
