Colliers Grows Philadelphia Region Industrial Team with Addition of Jonathan Klear

Colliers announced that Jonathan Klear has joined the firm’s greater Philadelphia region as executive vice president.

Klear brings more than 18 years of experience advising industrial owners, occupiers and investors throughout Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. His addition further strengthens Colliers’ industrial brokerage platform in one of the region’s most active industrial markets.

In his role, Klear will focus on the leasing, acquisition, disposition and sale of industrial properties. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet and $550 million in transaction volume, representing institutional, regional and private owners and occupiers. He has advised clients on expansions, relocations, contractions and portfolio optimization strategies across the United States.

“Jonathan’s addition reflects our continued investment in attracting top talent and expanding our industrial brokerage capabilities throughout the Philadelphia region,” said Brian Hilger, Philadelphia Brokerage Market Leader at Colliers.
