Colliers Facilitates Sale of $18M Office Campus in Portland

Colliers closed the $17.7 million sale of The Crossing at First, a three-building office campus in downtown Portland. The three-parcel property totals 380,030 square feet, including 263,931 square feet of office space.

Robert Gilley, Brad Idleman, Brett Johnson, Chris Johnson, Keven Moul and Andrew Zigelboim with Colliers represented the seller in negotiations with the buyer, Oregon Health & Science University.

“Our deep-rooted institutional understanding of the campus positions us as an indispensable asset to the new owner, particularly as they embark on substantial long-term investments,” said Stacey Glenewinkel, Managing Director, REMS for Colliers. “Collaborating with Oregon Health & Science University on this strategic acquisition is a source of immense excitement for us, as we eagerly contribute to the revitalization of this campus.”

Located in the southern portion of Portland’s Central Business District, the Crossing at First provides immediate access to I-5 and I-405. The property possesses unique site optionality potential, allowing Oregon Health & Science University to redevelop or repurpose the site with ease.
