Colliers Facilitates Sale of Mukilteo Office Building

Colliers closed the sale of 3977 Harbour Pointe, a two-story office building in Mukilteo, Washington. Built-in 2006, this building consists of 5,504 square feet of office space minutes away from the Paine Field Airport, Boeing’s Everett facility, and the airport’s passenger terminal, which is privately owned by Propeller Airports.

David Gunther, vice president at Colliers in Seattle and Bellevue, represented the seller, DA BOYZ LLC, in negotiations with the buyer, ORBINATI 2 LLC. The property sold for $2,375,000, which equates to $432 per square foot. On a per square-foot basis, this is one of the top five highest commercial real estate asset sale prices in the county within the last year.

“This property is an impressive representation of modern construction, design, and practicality,” said Gunther. “It has been meticulously maintained over the years and is well-suited for a variety of operations, including traditional offices, medical centers, or dental clinics.”
