Colliers Facilitates Sale of Industrial Outdoor Storage Facility

Colliers has facilitated the sale of a seven-acre modern industrial parking facility located in the Byberry East Industrial Park of Philadelphia, from PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, to a regional investor and developer.

The transaction was led by Senior Vice Presidents Brad Boone and Brian McCurdy of Colliers.

Located at 2703 Black Lake, the property was developed in 2020, and is a state-of-the-art facility that features electric vehicle infrastructure and charging stations. It is currently under a long-term net lease to a global e-commerce firm. Situated in one of Philadelphia’s most active industrial areas, the property was highly sought after given its ample space for parking and modern amenities.

“2703 Black Lake exemplifies the type of facility that meets the needs of the challenges modern distributors face,” Brad Boone, Senior Vice President at Colliers. “By providing ample industrial outdoor storage space along with its strategic location and modern infrastructure, the property is truly a unique facility in the Philadelphia region.”
