Colliers Facilitates Sale of Greater Cincinnati Residential Portfolio

Colliers brokered the sale of an 80-property residential portfolio totaling 125 units across the Greater Cincinnati region.

The sale was led by the Colliers team of Marianne Taylor, vice president and Virginia Cunningham, associate, who represented the seller, a private entity. The portfolio is comprised of 58 single-family rental homes, eight duplexes, 12 small multifamily properties with six units or fewer, one mixed-use property and one land parcel. The assets are located throughout Hamilton County, Ohio, with one property in Northern Kentucky.

“We’re thrilled to have delivered a successful outcome for our client,” said Taylor. “This portfolio represented a unique opportunity to acquire immediate scale in the Cincinnati market, and the buyer quickly recognized the value-add potential from both a renovation and operational standpoint.” Three Little Pigs Investment Services, LLC, a Cincinnati-based real estate firm, acquired the portfolio with a strategy focused on returning many of the homes to individual ownership.
