Colliers Facilitates Sale of 954K-SF Industrial Portfolio in Indianapolis

Colliers announced the sale of a six-building industrial portfolio totaling 954,072 square feet located throughout the Northwest, Northeast and Southwest submarkets of the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

The portfolio includes properties at 7555 Woodland Drive, 7645 Woodland Drive, 5350 Lakeview Parkway and 7601 Winton Drive in Indianapolis, as well as 12001 Exit 5 Parkway in Fishers and 1380 Perry Road in Plainfield, Indiana. Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse and Tyler Ziebel represented seller EQT in partnership with local market advisors Jason Speckman, Jimmy Cohoat and Andrea Hopper. The portfolio was acquired by MLG Capital, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

“Indianapolis continues to benefit from its position along major Midwestern transportation corridors and as a Midwestern growth market. The portfolio locations in Park 100, Fishers and Plainfield are some of the highest demand user markets in the city,” said Cantu. “We’re seeing strong interest in Midwestern markets, particularly Indianapolis, as investors continue to recognize the region’s economic momentum, strategic location, and long-term growth potential.”
